Coachella Dancing Grounds

Little late covering my Coachella experience this year, it was short, sweet and my first time. While I didn’t make it to the actual festival or shows, I got a dose of all the vibes at the VIP Revolve event in Palm Springs repping my fave swim brand, Cabana Anna Swim (click to shop). Safe to say I am already planning my trip to go to the actual festival next year, and of course all the after parties. Because the fashion is 3/4 the reason to go to Coachella right? Not to mention swimming around on swan floaties at a festival-worthy Palm Springs hotel.

While my style tends to be on the neutral-feminine side with pops of color and florals, I also love the boho chic trends that Coachella inspires with bold Navajo patterns, bursts of burnt orange fabrics, cognac and black fringe, destroyed denim minis, woven ivory crop tops and and turquoise jewelry galore.

Above you see what I wore this year to the @Revolve party – my Cabana Anna (@caswim) turquoise backless one piece swim suit – which can double as a body suit and comes in white and black, destroyed light wash denim shorts with lace pocket details and a long ivory woven cover up.

For jewelry I layered some delicate gold neck and body chains with a gold wrist cuff and stacked rings. For shoes I wore chunky cognac wedges with braided straps to give me some height and lengthen my legs.

To top it off, @cultgaia made me a personalized flower crown (pictured) and @joico did my hair in a fun fish tail braid and leg glitter flash tattoo.

It’s never too late to start planning for Coachella 2017! I know I’m already keeping an eye out for the 2017 trends and will be posting about my Coachella plans periodically.

Enjoy!! Xx

Sincerely, Ss
